About Us
Founded by two best friends, Fresh Cut Foods was created out of need for wanting to offer healthier cuisines for your everyday meals by incorporating healthier alternative ingredients such as: leaner meats, fresh vegetables and low sodium products.
Located in Chino, CA, Kristina and Sheena started their event catering company, Fresh Cut Catering, in 2014 by offering catering to birthdays, anniversaries and baby showers. As their passion and company grew, Kristina and Sheena quit their corporate jobs to pursuit catering full-time in 2017. Having no income coming in and a company eager for growth and potential, Kristina and Sheena starting marketing to corporate companies, the local community, event planners, and growing their followers on social media. Soon after, the smaller birthday parties turned into large corporate events, weddings, and quinceañeras.
However, in 2020 Fresh Cut Catering came to a complete halt in which Kristina and Sheena lost all of their clients within a matter of 2 weeks. In order to stay afloat they had to find a way to pivot. Staying resilient, hopeful, and determined to not let their company fade away, they started offering prepackaged meals to-go in which they called them Grab&Go Cuisine and offered them to the local community and previous corporate clients.
As things started to reopen again, Fresh Cut Catering soon found the light of day and in 2021 with now two companies operating Kristina and Sheena formed their LLC called Fresh Cut Foods, LLC.
As their desire for growth persists, Kristina and Sheena continue to make it their mission to provide healthy, gourmet, high-end cuisines to clients who are looking for healthier options for their corporate, wedding, special-event, and on-the-go needs. Their desire is to become one of the largest Caterer’s in Southern California and to offer their Grab&Go Cuisine in retail, arenas and airport locations throughout the world.
