Built on Friendship and Freshness
Founded by two best friends, Fresh Cut Foods was born from a passion to offer healthier meals using wholesome, alternative ingredients like lean meats, fresh vegetables, and low-sodium products.
Based in Chino, CA, Kristina and Sheena launched their first venture - Fresh Cut Catering - in 2014, catering intimate events like birthdays, anniversaries, and baby showers. As their reputation grew, so did their vision. In 2017, they took a leap of faith, left their corporate jobs, and committed full-time to growing their catering business.
Humble Beginnings
Kristina and Sheena launch Fresh Cut Catering in Chino, CA, offering catering for birthdays, anniversaries, and baby showers.
Full-Time Leap
Both founders leave their corporate jobs to pursue catering full-time. With no steady income, they begin marketing aggressively to local businesses and communities.
Major Growth
Smaller events grow into large-scale corporate functions, weddings, and quinceañeras. Fresh Cut Catering starts building a loyal following.
Pandemic Pivot
The business halts completely, losing all clients within two weeks. In response, they launch Grab&Go Cuisine, offering prepackaged meals to their community and past clients.
Fresh Cut Foods is Born
With two branches now operating, they officially form Fresh Cut Foods, LLC, combining catering and Grab&Go under one growing brand.
Driven by Purpose
Kristina and Sheena continue growing, focused on bringing healthier, high-end cuisine to corporate clients, events, and eventually - retail, arenas, and airports worldwide.

Kristina and Sheena have always approached food with creativity and purpose. As the way people gathered began to evolve, they leaned into that ingenuity, reimagining how Fresh Cut could continue serving its community. That creativity led to the introduction of Grab&Go Cuisine, a thoughtfully designed line of ready-to-enjoy meals that allowed them to stay flexible, connected, and responsive to real life.
That same creative spirit continues to shape Fresh Cut today, influencing how they design offerings that balance quality, convenience, and connection.

As their business continues to grow, so do their families. Today, Kristina and Sheena balance motherhood with entrepreneurship, continuing to create food experiences that meet people where they are. From full-service catering to newer offerings like Grazing in a Box and Buffet in a Box, Fresh Cut remains rooted in making great food accessible, beautiful, and thoughtfully prepared for every stage of life.
Today, their mission is clear: Provide healthy, gourmet, restaurant‑quality food with exceptional presentation and service for Weddings, Corporate events, Birthdays and Special events.
